Job responsible for: My primary job for the film was animating, taking the characters, and bringing them to life using maya. Using the rigs, I would test the rigs capabilities and break them to see just how far I could push them. My other job was working on layout, I oversaw an entire sequence’s layout, making camera moves and making the composition for each shot. I also worked on a few modeling, simple things like coins and a lightbulb.

       I am Nicole Duerr, and I am a 3D Character Animator. I am from Westminster, Maryland but decided to move to Savannah Georgia to go to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) to get my BFA in Animation with a concentration of 3D Character. Growing up, it was my goal in life to make others happy and what made me happy was watching animations. I loved the worlds and characters that were created. I would watch animated movies repeatedly. My love for Pixar and Disney movies made me who I am today. So, I am here at SCAD to learn how to create animated films or shows and continue my life purpose to make people happy through my animations.
